The Community Participation Guidelines (CPG) are a fundamental part of what it means to be a rep. The guidelines are fundamental for the construction of healthy and open communities, where everyone feels welcome and valued. These guidelines outline our behavior expectations as members of the Mozilla community in all Mozilla activities, both offline and online.
