One of the most underappreciated sections of Mozilla's Community Participation Guidelines is the section of 'Expected Behaviors'. So much of how we set ourselves up for success comes from the decision to personalize, practice and to lead by example these behaviors.

There are 6 areas described for Expected Behaviors:

• Be Inclusive
• Understand Different Perspectives
• Appreciate and Accommodate our Similarities and Differences
• Lead by Example
